Barking, A Translation (Symphony)

Dear Robin,

Rouge-gorge mon ami avec amour j’envoi mon coeur pour vous.

Serenades sweet     my backyard a       willow host.

Armies rest     watermelon rind       as ant moons wane.

Eyes peep     beak and breast       through torn screen.

Your fire warms     whole   note   warbles.

Man not so       eternal       ashes remain ashes.

Your heart   beats eighth     notes

one and two plus three and four and

Seaming wind       blows in         Cedar and Alder tones.

Air on the G string       your truth rises     waking   ghosts.
